You can request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item/size was delivered.
The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
โ Not Eligible for Return:
Used, washed, or altered items.
Items without original packaging or tags.
Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
Change of mind or dislike of color/design.
๐ Exchange Policy:
We allow size exchanges or replacement of defective items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is not available, store credit or refund will be offered.

Refunds are issued only for valid returns (damaged/defective).
Refund will be processed within 3โ7 working days via bKash or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it was our error).

Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Share your order ID, reason for return, and a photo of the item.
Ship the item back to our provided address (return cost is borne by the customer unless itโs our mistake).
Once received and inspected, weโll process your refund or exchange.
