Your prepaid order could not be delivered and was cancelled.
Product was returned following the rules of our Return Policy and approved after inspection.
❌ Refunds Are Not Applicable:
If the product was used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
If return conditions are not met (no tags, packaging missing).
On cash on delivery orders unless the item is returned at your cost and approved.
For sale or discounted items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via SMS or email.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
